The dream of a peaceful haven was cherished for a long time until the opportunity arose to bring the project to life – a holiday home called “DABAS OSTA” In October 2021, “DABAS OSTA” opened its doors to guests for the first time, offering the chance to leisurely enjoy the splendor and diversity of nature in any weather, from various perspectives, all while maintaining comfort. All existing trees in the outdoor area were deliberately left untouched so that the animals and birds living in the surroundings would continue to feel at home.

“DABAS OSTA” is a unique, cell-shaped holiday home nestled in a quiet forest near Lake Jūdaži, about a 10-minute drive from Sigulda. It is a modern, fully equipped house with mini SPA amenities – sauna, bathtub, hot tub, and a pond. A perfect place for anyone to pause, reconnect with themselves, and draw strength and inspiration. There are no neighbors nearby – complete privacy is guaranteed.

The holiday home has everything you need for a romantic and peaceful getaway for two or a family of up to four (a travel crib for infants is also available upon request).

The house has a separately isolated bedroom. Near the large windows of the bedroom is a bathtub, from which you can observe nature or gaze at the sauna stove and fireplace. Above the bed is a skylight, through which the starry sky is visible.
In the living room, you can enjoy romantic evenings, warming up by the fireplace.
For guests' convenience, a fully equipped kitchen is available: refrigerator, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machine. The bathroom has a washing machine, which can be useful if planning to stay in the holiday home for an extended period. The bathroom also has underfloor heating.
The holiday home has a wood-heated sauna. Thanks to the jade stones in the sauna stove, the steam is “soft” and “light,” meaning there is no feeling of a “heavy head” or fatigue after the sauna, but rather a pleasant lightness and refreshment. The sauna is equipped with an acoustic system, allowing you to listen to your favorite music. For creating a romantic atmosphere, both LED and optical lighting are installed in the sauna, which can be adjusted. A special element of the sauna is the juniper wood panel embedded in the wall, which not only fills the room with a light and pleasant pine aroma but also purifies the air.
To ensure maximum indoor comfort regardless of the weather, the holiday home is equipped with a heat recovery system to maintain air quality, as well as a heat pump that provides warmth in winter and can be used as an air conditioner in the summer.
In addition to guest relaxation, a heated wooden tub is offered, which can be used regardless of the weather.
The holiday home has a large wooden terrace, allowing you to leisurely enjoy magnificent natural views and experience all the processes of nature up close.

The holiday home is surrounded by various tourist attractions.

At “DABAS OSTĀ” all major projects and tasks are organized by the host, Andrejs, while the daily operations are actively supported by his family – his wife Anete and their children.
